Estimating Services "Agreement"

"One DImension Construction Services" will provide estimating services at the Rate of $45.00 per hour or for a Lump Sum Fee of $___________ as agreed upon by One Dimension Construction Services and the client, ___________________________________, and for the project known as__________________________. Agreement is dated this the ______ day of ____________, 2008. One Dimension Construction Services'charges will be limited to travel related to specific estimate, soliciting sub-contractor pricing, vendor pricing, phone calls related to specific estimate, clarifications, drawing printing charges and miscellaneous charges specifically related to the estimate.

It is understood by both parties that One Dimension Construction Services is an independent contractor and as such, the Client is not responsible for paying taxes, insurances and benefits.

All contact and conversations between One Dimension Construction Servicesand the Client are confidential and will be treated accordingly. All information or material obtained or collected on behalf of the client will be kept confidential.

One DImension Construction Services' objective is to complete a thorough and accurate estimate for the material and labor quantities according to the plans and specifications made available by the client or client's representatives. It is understood that the quantities and contents of the estimate are "estimated" quantities and descriptions. The client is required to review quantities and details contained in the estimate and request clarification when required. The client is also expected to assess the accuracy of the estimate and descriptions.

The client agrees to mail payment to One Dimension Construction Servicesupon receipt of estimate and within 10 days. The client understands that a 2% late fee per month will be added to any invoice amount or payment that is more than 30 days old.

Agreement is accepted as written. The Client is authorizing One Dimension Construction Servicesto perform the quantity survey and estimate and bill according to the terms and conditions above. Payment will be made by the Client as noted above.
